Robert L. Evans is a California native whose life journey spans decades of personal and societal transformation. Raised in Berkeley in a large family, Evans developed resilience and independence early in life, shaped by both hardship and opportunity. His experiences—from surviving life-threatening events to building a career through hands-on skill and determination—form the foundation of his writing. Inspired by his wife to share his story, Evans authored The Last Elder to offer insight, inspiration, and perspective drawn entirely from real-life experience.
